ICI managers have completed the difficult job of picking 72 youngsters out of nearly 200 for a career at the Wilton complex. Sixty of the 72 trainees will be offered apprenticeships to start in September, and 12 training to become process operators. Our picture shows four trainees who have been on the foundation course at ICI Wilton.
