The Hunter F.6, a versatile and iconic jet trainer and fighter aircraft, was delivered to No.4 Flying Training School (FTS) at RAF Valley on August 9, 1956. This particular aircraft, given the ground instructional airframe number 8707M, was later transferred to RAF Coltishall.
