As of July 2018, the pub had been renamed La Luna Tapas Bar, but unfortunately, it had closed its doors and was demolished in 2010. The Fountain PH was a beloved institution in the community, having been part of the Mile End landscape for many years. It was once owned by the Charrington and Company Limited, a prominent name in the London brewing industry. Although the building is no longer standing, the memories and stories of the Fountain PH continue to live on, making this photograph a poignant reminder of a cherished piece of London's pub history.
