Diplomacy adapted from Dora by Victorien Sardou (5 September 1831 8 November 1908) at the Theatre du Vaudeville, Paris, on 22nd January 1877, by Clement Scott (6 October 1841 25 June 1904) and B. C. Stephenson (1839 22 January 1906). It was first produced in London at the Prince of Wales Theatre on 12th January 1878. This is for the revival at the Adelphi Theatre on 8th March 1924. The photo is of Dame Gladys Cooper (18 December 1888 17 November 1971), who starred in this production. Date: 1924

The revival of this popular theatrical entertainment took place at the Adelphi Theatre in London on 8th March 1924.
